Our Amazing New Website!

To celebrate 20 years spent at the forefront of small business IT support in the East Midlands, we recently invested in a brand-new website designed and built by Nottingham-based design agency Strafe Creative. Our shiny new site contains a wealth of information and resources about our services and the wider industry, as well as multiple tools that will allow us to solve your IT solutions quickly and easily.

Our favourite new features are the integration of Live Chat and Splashtop onto our website. The live chat feature gives customers another avenue through which to contact Tsunami, to talk through any problems you might have without the need to pick up the phone. Splashtop also allows us to remotely access our clients’ computers, removing the need for us to travel to your site. This ensures that we don’t waste any time in solving your IT problems.

Our new website also includes an area dedicated to explaining our process in more detail. Whether you’ve just reported a problem to our team, or are waiting for us to fix the problem, you’ll always know what step you’re at in the process, and can check what will happen next.
