At Tsunami Computers we’re proud to be celebrating over 20 years of providing specialist outsourced IT support to businesses across the East Midlands and nationwide. Since 1998 we’ve provided expert support to thousands of customers, with a focus on an honest approach and preventative solutions.

Founded in 1998 by Ian Kirkpatrick, an IT specialist with decades of industry experience, Tsunami Computers was created to provide small-medium businesses with a professional IT service, without the steep price tag. Now, twenty years on, we continue to pioneer our honest and transparent approach, using proactive solutions to keep our customers’ IT systems safe and secure.
Tsunami Computers has now grown to a team of eight. Ian’s wife, Lisa, joined the team as a Director, and their son Ryan is now also part of the team. A number of young IT professionals have joined the company over the years, resulting in an experienced and enthusiastic IT support team.

We pride ourselves on our unique approach to IT support. By utilising remote access and live chat, we can investigate and fix technical issues without having to travel to the site, ensuring problems are solved quickly. As well as fixing the problem, we will also take proactive steps to tackle the issue at its source, to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Our friendly and honest approach to IT support means that our customers feel supported and secure; we’re proud to boast that we have over 2000 happy customers, and a 96% client retention rate.
